Format CSS, SCSS or Less with Prettier’s CSS parser, which also reports syntax errors such as a missing closing brace by line and column.
Minify removes comments and whitespace that can’t affect the result and drops the last semicolon in each block, while leaving strings, url() values and /*! licence comments exactly as written, then shows how many bytes you saved.
Minifying is deliberately conservative: it never rewrites colours, merges rules or reorders anything, so the stylesheet behaves exactly as before.
